Hi Everyone, Here is a new project that I know you are going to love. I painted a eight inch needle hoop Burgundy with FolkArt paint. I stamped on some muslin cloth using FolkArt Metallic Peridot paint. I sprayed the muslin with homemade spritz paint.
I used teal and pearl trim on the bottom. Created a stick pin and accented with I Am Roses flowers and leaves. The "Dream" Metal art accent is from the K&Company Brenda Walton-Somerset Words line.
Two K&Company Amy Butler Fabric Tags were used to provide a title and story.
DCWV-Cafe Mediterranean paper was used to create a Deco Shell accents, using the Martha Stewart Punch and a photo mat. I highlighted the photo mat with Tim Holtz-Barn Door Stamp pad ink.
Bling was added with Prima embellishments. Finally, create a lop to hang your frame.
Simple and delightful.
Enjoy, Kiki
I found your site when I Googled Amy Butler fabric tags. I've recently moved away from scrapbooking and tend to make more greeting cards. I was looking for ideas on how to use these fabric tags I received as a gift. Browsed your site, I like your work!
ReplyDeleteThank you Jess. Sometimes it is fun to do these small projects. I hope you have a very happy and delightful New Year. Hugs, Kiki
